Why Digital Care?

Your bank, health records, doctor's appointments and the grandchildren's photos now all go through the same small screen. When something goes wrong, or a suspicious message lands on your phone, it helps to know who to call. In 2025 criminals tricked people in Finland out of 72.5 million euros (Finance Finland), and many cases start with a single tap. That is what Digital Care is for: one familiar number to call before you click.

  • Remote help up to an hour a month

Holiday Home

  • Spring opening: router, wifi, TV and cameras working before you arrive
  • Autumn closing: devices set for winter, remote access checked

  • Can be combined with Safety or Carefree

Prices are final, no VAT is added. The labour on home visits qualifies for the Finnish household tax credit; phone and remote help do not. Parts, software licences and bigger jobs are billed separately at member rates.

How it works

  1. Pick a plan and sign up below with PayPal. Or call, and I'll send an invoice once a month.
  2. I'll call you and we book the first visit. I go through your devices and note them down.
  3. You get a fridge card. Whenever something puzzles you, call or send a message.

A gift for a parent?

Of course. The bill goes to you, the help goes to them. Use your own name when signing up and tell me on the phone where the help is needed, or just call and we'll sort it out.

Questions

Is there a lock-in period?

No. Stop whenever you like; the plan ends at the end of the current month.

What does fair use mean?

Safety includes about 30 minutes and Carefree about an hour of phone, message and remote help a month. Scam checks don't count. If you need more in some month, we agree on it in advance.

Can you get into my computer without permission?

No. Remote access is only opened when you are at the computer and give permission. You can end it at any time. I don't store your passwords.

Is there a household tax credit?

For the labour on home visits, yes, shown separately on the invoice. Not for the monthly fee, because phone and remote help aren't done in your home. The credit has a yearly 150 euro own share that covers all household services together.

What if I live outside Hanko?

Phone and remote help work from anywhere. Home visits outside Hanko are agreed separately, with travel added.
